It explored the seven archetypes of the Mystic which I've represented in my painting. The following poem organically emerged while we were learning about the "Poet archetype". This was very significant for me as I NEVER write poetry. If felt like a gift from my Poetry Muse so that I could perfectly express my feelings for Musea and Intentional Creativity. Land of the Red Thread The Firebird dances, Tango, Waltz, and Bachada. Her wings a welcoming embrace For all who long to join in. But do so with a word of caution For once you begin, You are at risk for being swept away To a land of merriment and play. Where honey flavored rivers Flow through valleys filled with Creative Sprites. Where you will meet your Spirit Guides Who will take you on adventures, And parties that may last all night. Where you will find gilded mirrors That reflect exactly what you seek. Where loving dance partners will Accompany you to the table, And invite you to claim your seat. Where avid listeners will drink in your words, And Wise teachers will Make sure that you are heard. And just when you think your journey Has come to an end, You will be greeted by your truest self Who will say, I’ve been waiting for you, let’s begin...

This can be a poem or a few paragraphs: This painting emerged as part of the Color of Woman Teacher Training Certification. She is my "Artist." She was the third painting I worked on as part of the training and she's of great significance to me because I had been very blocked with my first two paintings. In fact, I was close to giving up. However, after Shiloh Sophia walked us through the teachings for the Artist Archetype something shifted and became unblocked. I began to truly think of myself as an artist. Now whenever my inner critic starts to ramp up the volume, I just look at her and remind myself that Creativity is Truly My Birthright...as it is for all of us. I carry that deep in my bones now.

This painting is reflective of my spiritual journey and Hebraic culture. The picture reflects various symbols and designs which some have specific meaning and some not so much. This is a partial representation of the original piece.

She is. And so I AM.

Dear resident tree snake, I hear you. In this month of May, this month of Talisman, My experience of transformation is transformed. My desire to colonise every molecule in my body is practiced, My desire to inquire into every tug on my intuition is followed. I love the mystery and freedom in becoming, I am both centred and moved by a spiral that has no end. My heart quickens with excitement As I contempate becoming as an intuitively guided adventure. I open to new vibrations. Intuitive energy patterns transform through me into form. I am a pattern, in a pattern, creating a pattern. I am an expression of evolution, and a source of evolution. As I paint with intention I am met with divine benevolance, guidance, strength and balance. Only as my last brush stroke leaves the canvas and I stand back do I realise, You are a channel for grace.

It enabled me to say Yes to my soul voice and even though I wasn’t sure how this could be here I am almost complete. Rahuna speaks “ I request you to be a voice for the future, hear the wisdom of the ancestors as it ripples through your blood. I ask you to cultivate peace through deepening your connection to Heaven on Earth. You are a miracle receive the invitation to Co Create.”

Imagine consciously experiencing this. Imagine living wholely connected to the entire web of life. I reach out into novelty with this intention. Kookaburras fly in closer, clearing my path of reptiles. Shrubs lean out, informing me of coming flowers. Sound reverberates in my field, amplifying senses. Beyond this there is a subtle lushness to life, a richness of felt woven textures unseen.

This can be a poem or a few paragraphs: Extract from the Legend Chronicles: Shimmering through a thin veil right before her she became away of a deep abiding presence that looked separate from her but a part of her at the same time. The seer! She had only ever thought of her as the stuff of Legends. The seer smiled, shimmering and vibrating above the whole plateau. You are correct - I am the stuff of Legends - only this Legend is you. Call me Ousia. In that moment it was as if time had evaporated, for she knew that in all her wanderings, she was truly meeting herself. She felt as if her whole body was weightless and luminous and she knew without asking that Ousia was beingness. Was both her essence and her substance. She gazed deeply into Ousia’s eyes, closed as they were. Her heart expanded and Ousia started to flow words, not of sound but of energy, straight into her being. Tears were now streaming down her face but she knew, more than she had ever known anything, that she was exactly where she needed to be. The energy words were flowing now, swirling mists of greens and blues and purples, repatterning and reforming, painting her into being. Speak, I am listening, her open heart said to Ousia. I am she who, rooted in beingness, transmutes fire into fountains. I am she who composts trials to render all valleys fertile; nourished by wading in deep and drinking in and drawing up from the very marrow of all I’ve overcome. I am volcano, erupting with nature and natural abundance. I am she who plays, who paints, who creates adventures and and gets others together for the ride. I am she who, maintaining her centre, her mystical orientation, dances between known and unknown. Between the literal and the wtf is that? I am she who heron-like has legs for deep water and can wait, trance-like for the perfect timing - to catch wisdom and be nourished by it - and also to soar for greater perspective. I am she who both wades and flies; I am she who has deeply connected with the plant kingdom and is welcomed there as one of them. I honour the sentience of all life and life embraces me as its own. In life, there is no separation. Right now - the only classroom I need is the one I’m in. In the suspended state of all possibility. And knowing where I am, I can go anywhere. And in this pure freedom I choose to stay right where I am. This is the teaching of Legend. I am Ousia. Oriented for all directions inwards.

I hear messages like little nudges encouraging me to make marks add colours and sparkle. The image emerges and I am confused. Who are you, what message(S) do you have and why do you look so quirky? The process is jerky and you are so cheeky. I feel you taunting and giggling at me as I follow your requests. The messages continue to land like meteors from the divine sky. Falling fireballs of intent, filled with waves of openness, awareness and experience. These morals are sent to be shared, shared with those that are called to listen. Take that info and radiate it out through energy vibes and connection. The Hummingbird is there to encourage you to vibrantly hum out your messages. This can be a poem or a few paragraphs: I asked my canvas what was emerging and the answer was 'I am an Interbeing'. Unclear of what the word means I turned to google. I discovered in an article on Medium: ‘In many ways, the word ‘interbeing’ describes a shift in the perception of self and other that lies at the heart of co-creating regenerative human cultures and a sustainable human presence on Earth. Transformative innovation for regenerative cultures drives the shift from an industrial growth society, based on extraction and exploitation of natural resources and informed by the ‘narrative of separation’ to a life-sustaining society, based on regenerative agricultural and industrial processes and informed by the ‘narrative of interbeing’. The word ‘interbeing’ describes the shift towards a new story about humanity’s relationship with the wider community of life and its dependence on the planet’s life support system.’ Feeling into and imagining into the possibilities of that new story. You never know what will arise with an IC painting adventure in quantum community. Connecting this with reflections on kinship and healing relationships with all beings and this painting wanted to be adorned with soil, leaves, seeds, fungi and blooms from my garden. Jane led us on a shamanic journey where I reclaimed those soul fragments that had become entangled in the sea weed of the dark depths of trauma and pain. I freed them and they swirled around me and rejoined me, making me whole as I was when I was starlight. I rescued myself through the power of Spirit and Love and paint and canvas. I was the Selkies and the Mer-Woman and the spirit mer-maids. The Sea Dragon and Sea Snail bore witness to my reclamation transformation and I was healed.

Muse: We will rise like the fiery Phoenix. Critic: But it’s far too hot. Muse: Let’s fly on Spirit’s wings! Critic: Afraid of heights; I think not! Muse: Light a candle to show the way. Critic: But let’s stay hidden and come what may. Muse: Let our voices be heard. Critic: But they may sound blurred or slurred. Muse: Stop dear One! The ancestors have spoken of the Red Thread’s connection. Enough of your false objection. Too much to birth, books to write and cups for drinking. I am safe and so are you. I do not want your stinking thinking. No need to go. You may remain but let me make my meaning plain. I go on with dancing feet upon Gaia’s dirt, with wings to fly above the clouds. I have books to birth, with fiery words; songs to sing out loud, even off key and paintings to co-create. You may join me when you’re able, but for now, stay at your table. This can be a poem or a few paragraphs: Venus Out of Bounds Bravely dancing between worlds with a moon-magic wand in hand. She is no longer within the sun’s domain, and she dances in her own rhythm. In a zany fashion, so you say or a crazy step too different to measure. If one world is too “whatever” she is on her way. Do not blink or you’ll miss her as she follows her own rhythm, step, path, and heart. But if she stays, oh colorful Venus out of bounds, she will be noticed. To be known, heard, seen, touched, smelled, and tasted. Outside the rules of the sun. Fly and dance between worlds dear Venus Out of bounds. No staying in a box for her. No chains. No closet. She leaves her mark, perhaps, breaks the law, entices taboos, but anyway, there will be awe. If you do not like it, dance somewhere else. Either way, with her, it’s ok to stare. What is in that world she just came from? What held her back, or chained her in? Nothing anymore! She is here now claiming, “Just try to slay me, defame me, flay me, maybe? You may never catch me! Wanna dance?” Beware that moon-magic wand in her hand. Its strength can cut. In softness gives birth. Blood may be near. It crafts New Worlds with Venus jumping in and dancing between worlds, always out of bounds.
