The painting process of Artefact got me hooked forever to Intentional Creativity painting as my form of artistic self-expression, self-healing, self-discovery, self-design. Because of a very hot summer and the huge monster seize canvas literally filling out my tiny art studio I spend days and hours on end in a sauna overheated flow state and dace making dots or simple lines or tiny symbols with such focused intentionally that I felt as if I could sense my neuro-circuits rewiring itself in my brain. This painting was deep hard work. I literally went systematically year by year combing through my childhood unburying traumas, loss, hurt and self-limiting beliefs. I honored them, felt them, released them, and ritualized their evaporation from my field, while replacing the outdated pain-filled themes with new joy-filled ones. I had several moments of utter bliss, complete loss of sense of time, vast expansiveness into states of consciousness beyond words. I rewired my relationship to my beloved body, money, and time to just mention the three big ones. The pink hand you can see on the left was a historic moment of claiming and maybe for the first time in my life fully inhabiting my own body. How shall I explain that in words??? Artefact is a visual representation and tangible proof that I did what I did: A form of rebirthing beyond anything I thought is possible. This. Is. Who. I. Am. Period.
