Dance with the elements, dance with the Trees, dance with animals and beings of the earth plane and allow yourself to sing with the hummingbirds, eagles and songbirds. Dance with Mato bear as she invites you into the dark cave of Knowing. She is always with you as a protector, guide and companion.
Share the sweet music of your heart with all beings and feel the love coming back to you.
Run with the wolves, gallop with ponies, leap like the antelope and feel your hoofs touch the earth as you are carried forward into the legendary life you have called forth...... ( a portion of Her message)
