Share with us the STORY of you painting to give context to the work and what it means to you! This can be a poem or a few paragraphs

This Legendary woman went on a quest for her own truth assisted by Spirit Bear, Mink, and Lake Superior.
When she found and claimed the flaming paintbrush of truth, she realized that was not the end of the story.
An encounter with the Lake Dragon educated her to alternative perspectives (relative truth) on some history.
Happily she listened to the other with compassion and both expanded their understanding of truth.
They may collaborate on shifting the context of others in the future.
The woman's first step is to offer to share the Paintbrush of Truth and Compassion with others who are willing to do the work.

Teachings I received from this painting:

To communicate meaningfully you need to know your own truth.
To know your own truth, you must be awake to your context.
You must claim your own truth. No one can give it to you.
You will not awaken others to their context or truth by bludgeoning them with your truth.
To reach another, you must listen to their story (their current truth) with compassion and humility.
After the other is heard, they may be ready to assess their own truth and context, and to listen to yours.
THIS is the point where building a new context which supports a better future for all can begin...working together.
You don't have to do it alone.
You can't do it alone.
