you know I have always been right here.
Beside you,
carrying you,
holding you,
cradling you,
wiping away your tears,
laughing with you,
celebrating with you.

I have been right here.
Right here.

I am your greatest and truest Ally.
I am just a soul’s whisper away.I am there in the gap between heartbeats,
in the space between breaths,
around every corner,
behind very door.
I am within every shadow,
singing in the sunlight,
dancing on rainbows and
riding every moonbeam that shines on your face.
I am there.
I am here.
In the darkness and the light.
I am here.
I am always.

I am always within you
For, I am you.
I am your deepest wisdom
I am your soul connection.
I am your voice to the Great Unseen.
I am your thread to the Source of life.
I am your umbilical cord to the All That Is, All That Was and All That Will Be.

I leave the door ajar,
the window cracked open.
I let the Light in.

I let in the Light.
I illuminate life’s mysteries.
I cast light on the shadows that haunt you,
that hold you captive,
that hold you back.
I light up the Way.


Look in the mirror.
Who do you see?
You see Light.
I have a gift for you.
The Seer.
She sees and she reflects.
Inwards and Outwards, all at once.
Independently,
separately,
but all at once.
And as deeply as you are prepared to dive.

I see the moment of creation.
I see the deep suffering.
I see the beauty in a moment.
I see the unfathomable injustices.
I see the moments of kindness.
I see the deep sorrow.
I see the boundless joy.
I see both sides of the coin separately and simultaneously.
