This was an Imagine process painting completed in March of 2020, during the worst of the lockdowns and restrictions of the first surge of Covid-19 in our country. I got through all the painting instructions to the one of painting the home of the goddess (lower right corner) , and after that the whole painting blew wide open. This is portrait of a fractured being, multiple faces, multiple lives, cracked, kinda broken, screaming in agony in places, but deeply and profoundly aware and flowing with calm clear vision. In the hand of God she sits, and 2020 grew to be a year of much unexpected discovery, healing, and resolution.
